Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitalityÂ
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments to ensure smooth service flowÂ
- Maintain an organized host stand and uphold the visual standards of the entry areaÂ
- Communicate effectively with the service team to support pacing and guest experienceÂ
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus, highlighting any notable features or offeringsÂ
- Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate information about the restaurantÂ
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with grace and efficiencyÂ
- Uphold all safety, sanitation, and service standardsÂ
QualificationsÂ
- 1+ year of experience in a host, guest services, or front‑of‑house role (upscale or high‑volume preferred)Â
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presenceÂ
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environmentÂ
- Warm, guest‑focused demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitalityÂ
- Familiarity with reservation platforms (Resy, OpenTable, or similar) is a plusÂ
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysÂ

Working Conditions/Environment:Â
- The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
- Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
- The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
