We’re hiring a friendly, customer-focused Restaurant Host to create a welcoming guest experience from the moment guests arrive. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, answering questions, and handling cashier duties while maintaining a positive and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage guest seating and assist with inquiries
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/cashier area
  • Work with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Help resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Uphold company service standards and hospitality expectations

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
