We’re hiring a friendly, customer-focused Restaurant Host to create a welcoming guest experience from the moment guests arrive. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, answering questions, and handling cashier duties while maintaining a positive and organized environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
- Manage guest seating and assist with inquiries
- Process cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized host/cashier area
- Work with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Help resolve guest concerns professionally
- Uphold company service standards and hospitality expectations
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
