A rapidly growing residential home services organization is seeking an experienced Install Manager to lead and scale its installation department in South Carolina.

This is an opportunity for a proven leader who knows how to build teams, drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage residential HVAC installation operations
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain installation team members
• Drive departmental revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor installation quality, efficiency, and productivity metrics
• Manage installation schedules, labor utilization, and capacity planning
• Coach installers on best practices, workmanship, and customer communication
• Partner closely with sales, service, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain safety, compliance, and company standards
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience within residential home services
• Strong understanding of installation operations, gross margin management, and labor efficiency
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing technicians
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
