About the Role

iEG is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrical Project Manager with a strong background as an Industrial Journeyman, Superintendent, or Lead Technician. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader with experience running industrial electrical projects and overseeing crews of 10 or more. You will manage project execution from start to finish, guide field teams, ensure NEC compliance, and maintain strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

This is a full‑time, direct‑hire position for local candidates who can travel as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We need a Project Manager who is:

  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Highly technical and solutions‑driven
  • Experienced in industrial environments
  • A strong leader capable of managing crews
  • Able to train and mentor newer electricians
  • Organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting

Required Knowledge & Experience

Technical Knowledge

  • NEC Code compliance
  • Running industrial electrical jobs (small to large scale)
  • Feeder sizing requirements
  • Tooling requirements for various job scopes
  • PPE and electrical safety standards
  • Lighting, transformers, motor controls, switchboards

Skill Requirements

  • Full proficiency in industrial electrical wiring
  • Threading, bending, and installing EMT & Rigid conduit (½”–4”)
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, sketches, and specifications
  • Competency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP software
  • Ability to perform electrical calculations accurately

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage project schedules, manpower, and planning
  • Lead industrial electrical crews and ensure efficient workflow
  • Ensure compliance with NEC and all job-site safety requirements
  • Manage construction activities and installation quality
  • Review and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Use software tools for estimating, documentation, and project tracking
  • Communicate clearly with contractors, customers, and internal teams

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • On‑call as required
  • Overtime available
