What We are Looking for:

1–3 years of landscaping, landscape installation, or related outdoor work experience preferred
Interest in growing into a leadership role within the Landscape Division
Ability to support, motivate, and encourage crew members while working alongside them
Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and desire to complete projects with high-quality results
Basic understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and landscape construction preferred
Ability to safely operate company tools and equipment
Ability to follow landscape plans, drawings, instructions, and daily project direction
Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred, but training is available
Willingness to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism respectfully
Ability to drive tractors with trailers is a plus, training available
Able to handle physical activity such as lifting, loading, digging, planting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record
