What We are Looking for:
- 1–3 years of landscaping, landscape installation, or related outdoor work experience preferred
- Interest in growing into a leadership role within the Landscape Division
- Ability to support, motivate, and encourage crew members while working alongside them
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and desire to complete projects with high-quality results
- Basic understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and landscape construction preferred
- Ability to safely operate company tools and equipment
- Ability to follow landscape plans, drawings, instructions, and daily project direction
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to interact with clients and potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred, but training is available
- Willingness to help our team GROW by giving and receiving constructive criticism respectfully
- Ability to drive tractors with trailers is a plus, training available
- Able to handle physical activity such as lifting, loading, digging, planting, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid driver’s license with clean record
