Job DetailsJob Location: SC Bridgeview Village Apartments - Charleston, SC 29403MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Bridgeview Village Apartments - Charleston, SC 29403 (Downtown area) Salary:  $25-to-$35 per hour depending on experience Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our Bridgeview Village community in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will have expertise in maintenance management, project management, and general maintenance.   Responsibilities Manage and supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure optimal efficiency Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, HVAC, low voltage, plumbing, etc. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and documentation   Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance management Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Effective communication within the team Knowledge of electrical systems, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Leadership qualities to lead a team effectively   Joining our team as a Maintenance Supervisor offers the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment while leading a dedicated maintenance team.   Job Type: Full-time   Expected hours: 40 per week   Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed   Experience Maintenance: 4 years (Required)   License/Certification EPA License (Required) Driver's License (Required)   Ability to Commute (Required)   Charleston, SC 29403 (Downtown area)   Work Location In person Qualifications
