We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician skilled in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Must be EPA Certified.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Hands-on HVAC experience is REQUIRED.

✔ EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (required)

✔ Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
✔ Well-rounded general maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
✔ Proactive problem-solver with strong initiative
✔ Collaborative team player who works well in a skilled crew environment
✔ Technologically proficient, comfortable using MS Office 365 and a personal mobile device
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills

✔ A professional who values integrity and long-term employment commitment

✔ Valid Driver's License
