Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

Join a remote clinical team serving clients across West Virginia. In this role, you’ll provide ongoing therapy to individuals navigating emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns, while helping them make meaningful progress toward their treatment goals.

This role provides a stable weekday schedule with telehealth flexibility, emphasizing high-quality care, sound clinical judgment, and consistent client support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms
  • Complete initial assessments and identify each client’s treatment needs
  • Establish clear treatment goals and review progress throughout care
  • Adjust therapeutic approaches based on client response and clinical needs
  • Maintain complete and timely clinical records
  • Uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and West Virginia licensing requirements
  • Active LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in West Virginia
  • Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
  • Experience managing a full clinical caseload
  • Reliable internet and private workspace
