The Phillips family has been building homes for Central Illinois residents since 1983 and have always looked for growth opportunities. When Coles County needed more student housing and hospitality venues, they built and renovated them. As the need for assisted living and memory care facilities presented itself, they did what they always do – seized an opportunity and provided a quality, successful product all over the state of Illinois and beyond. 

Trim carpenters assist throughout the construction phase of large multi-family projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and trim interior doors
• Trim windows
• Install baseboard
• Install laminate countertops
• Install closet shelving
• Install finish hardware
• Able to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
• Must be able to stand 8-12 hours per day
• Positive attitude
• Hard working
• Self motivated
• Highly organized and punctual
• ‪Ability to multi-task and adaptable to ever changing demands
• ‪Detail oriented in fast paced environment
• Driver’s License preferred
