Warranty & Pool Repair Technician

Swimming Pool Service & Repair Position

Aqua Blue Pools is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warranty & Pool Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, working independently, and providing excellent customer service.

This is not a desk job — every day is different. Our technicians work outdoors at beautiful residential swimming pools performing inspections, troubleshooting equipment, completing repairs, and helping homeowners keep their pools operating properly.

Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair swimming pool equipment and systems
  • Perform warranty service visits at residential properties
  • Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbing
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners
  • Document repairs and service findings
  • Work independently while staying connected with the service team
  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in pool service, construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, automotive repair, or related trades is a plus
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in active outdoor environments
