We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Workday expert to support and enhance our HR and Finance operations. In this role, you’ll manage and optimize Workday HCM and Financials, ensure data integrity, streamline business processes, and partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to drive system efficiency and user experience. You’ll lead reporting and analytics efforts, support upgrades and enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and guidance to end‑users across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and leveraging Workday to deliver actionable insights and operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities Include:
• Administer Workday HCM and Financials, including security, configurations, and user support.
• Optimize business processes, workflows, and integrations across HR and Finance.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy through audits and validations.
• Support upgrades, enhancements, and new module implementations.
• Provide training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance to end‑users.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and BT to ensure compliance, streamline processes, and improve system efficiency.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field).
• 1–4 years of Workday or HR/Finance systems administration experience.
• Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and workflows.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Understanding of HR and finance processes, compliance, and data governance.
