We’re hiring a Customer Care Specialist. Candidates will be considered for Level I, II, or III based on skills, prior experience, and qualifications. This role centers on providing claims-focused customer support, guiding policyholders through the claims process with accuracy and attention. Whether you have a solid foundation in claims service or bring years of expertise, we’d be excited to hear from you and help you build your career with our Customer Experience Center.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalentÂ
• College degree and/or industry designations (e.g., CPCU, AINS, API) preferred
•Experience in insurance claims or related customer support preferred
Qualifications
• High degree of dependability, motivation, flexibility, and ability to take ownership  •Articulate professionally with clear and effective oral and written communication skills
•Capacity to navigate, prioritize, and multi-task in stressful situations with ease in a fast-paced priority changing environment Â
•Energetic and confident self-starter who works well independently or in a collaborative team environment
