Position Overview

The Client Services/Relationship Manager plays a key role in delivering a high-touch, client-centered experience aligned with our clients' commitment to transparency, trust, and proactive financial planning. This position serves as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and strong relationship management throughout the client journey.

Key Responsibilities

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Coordinate and schedule client meetings, reviews, and check-ins

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist advisors with client onboarding, including data collection and account setup

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within CRM systems

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Prepare client meeting materials, reports, and documentation

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ensure timely follow-through on client requests and service needs

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the implementation and ongoing servicing of financial plans

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate with internal team members and external partners (e.g., CPAs, attorneys) as needed

路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information
