The Budd Group is seeking a FLOOR TECHNICAN for an educational facilities in the WEST ASHLEY area of Charleston

HOURS:

2:00 PM to 6:00 PM

LOCATION: West Ashley, SC (Off Glenn McConnell Parkway)

PAY: $17.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Hard Surface Restoration: Perform stripping, scrubbing, sealing, and waxing of VCT and stone floors.
Carpet Extraction: Execute deep-cleaning cycles on classrooms and office carpets using extractors and spot-treat chemicals.
Equipment Mastery: Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on auto-scrubbers, side-by-side buffers, and industrial vacuums.
Mixing chemicals according to package directions

Requirements:

Must have prior floor care experience
Must be able to pass a background check and TB test
