Job Description Summary

You'll report to the Manager of Guest Services and help facilitate hotel accommodations, provide information, and assist with wayfinding.   • Professionally greets visitors and patients upon arrival.

  • Ascertains patients’ and our visitors’ needs and directs them accordingly.

  • Educates Medical Center patients, family members, visitors and guests regarding appropriate services and available resources and assist with wayfinding.

  • Demonstrates a commitment to problem resolution by embracing a creative approach and focusing on efficient and effective solutions to promote the desired outcomes.

  • Meets key performance metrics for area and demonstrates compliance with policies/processes.

  • Effectively assists patients in multiple areas by covering inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas
