• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Weekends, Days, 12-hour shifts, No call, Flexible
• 25 - 30 patients per day, must see all ages
• Will take IM or FM adult only
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
