Ford parts counter person

Jim Riehl's Friendly Ford of Charlevoix is looking for a Parts Advisor. This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, parts and accessories. Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues. Needs to be organized for efficient stock control, order preparation, and inventory tracking. Will be required to work closely with service advisors and technicians to align parts availability with repair schedule and minimize workshop downtime.
