Position Summary

Healthstar is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to join our clinical team. This role provides outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults with mental health and behavioral health needs.

The ideal candidate is passionate about community impact, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and values flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices

  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as needed

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR in compliance with Medicaid, state, and accreditation standards

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, care coordinators, and community partners

  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and clinical supervision as needed

  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning when appropriate

  • Ensure services are delivered in a culturally responsive and trauma-informed manner
