Coordinates and executes comprehensive internal and external marketing plans which would assist with current and future business development of the company.

DEFINITION

1. Coordinate with management to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan ensuring exceptional results
2. Identify and target new retail agency prospects
3. Work with management to develop targeted marketing plans, materials, agent distribution and messages that align with the marketing strategy of the organization.
4. Meet or exceed established marketing sales and budgetary goals.
5. Maintain record of all marketing visits and presentation and reporting the effectiveness and outcome of agent visits and presentations
6. Maintaining current knowledge base of industry trends, target markets and competition.
7. Attend retail agency dinners, events and functions as required
8. Represent the firm in a professional manner with clients and business partners
9. Develop and execute cross sell strategy across the CRC divisions
