We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative who can multi-task across different communication platforms and who has a passion for customer success to join our Homeowner Services team! This is an onsite position based in our Charlotte, NC office. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide a high level of customer service with courtesy and professionalism Communicate effectively with homeowners via phone, email, or chat Assist homeowners on their account balances and account inquiries Acting as a liaison between community managers and homeowners Perform other duties as requested Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or above is preferred Requirements: At least 2 years of customer service experience Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment or similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization Resilient and positive attitude while handling many difficult interactions with homeowners Fast learner that can adapt to complex situations, to best serve the homeowner Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook We offer a competitive salary and benefits!
