Evergreen Innovation Group,Ā part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking aĀ Senior Electrical Superintendent.Ā This is a critical leadership role responsible for providing direction to the project team to complete the project on time whileĀ maintainingĀ a high-level of quality,Ā safetyĀ and customer loyalty.Ā Ā

The Senior Electrical Superintendent has significant impact on the success of the company and delivering on our mission. They will ensure that all work installed is completedĀ in accordance withĀ the standards set forth by EIG, LLCāall work will be completed on budget, on time, andĀ in accordance withĀ all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:Ā Ā

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesĀ Ā
Manage, evaluate, and develop field project team members, specifically assistant superintendents.Ā
Ā
Duties and ResponsibilitiesĀ Ā
Demonstrates understanding and enthusiastic agreement with the vision and mission of EIG.Ā
Plan, organize, and direct production of contracted scope of work.Ā
Professionally represent EIG with DPR, inspectors, and other tradesĀ
Coordinate production and attend meetings with DPR and other trades.Ā
IdentifyĀ and resolve conflictsĀ in a timely manner.Ā
Ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standards.Ā
Manage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet the construction schedule.Ā
Establish, adjust, andĀ maintainĀ work sequences andĀ logisticsĀ to meet the construction schedule.Ā
Monitoring job costing, quality reporting, forecasting, and productivity.Ā
Complete and comprehensive understanding of contract documents, plans, and specifications for projects.Ā
Lead EIGās standards of safety (IFE), quality, and CBPs.Ā
Ā
Required Skills and AbilitiesĀ Ā
Experience in verifying the compliance and functionality of installations of power systems (lighting, fire protection, security, and data networks).Ā
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to include both written and verbal communication.Ā
Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Ā
Detail-oriented and well-organized.Ā
Experience with project documenting and record keeping.Ā
Experience studying work orders, building plans, and installation manuals toĀ determineĀ materials requirements and installations procedures.Ā
Experience installing and mounting electronic controls, device panels, sensors, and components.Ā
Experience installing, assembling, testing, andĀ maintainingĀ electrical or electronic wiring, conduit, wiring, cable, equipment, components, and devices associated with electrical equipment following drawings of electrical layouts and building plans.Ā
Experience testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices.Ā
Ability to appropriately diagnose malfunctions in systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools and takeĀ appropriate stepsĀ to correct the problem.Ā
Ability to instruct and train workers to install electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.Ā
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the latest edition of the NEC, local codes, and construction safety requirements.Ā
Ability toĀ identifyĀ and resolve complex issues.Ā
Effective participation in team environment.Ā
A strong work ethic and a ācan-doā attitude.Ā
Ā
Education and ExperienceĀ Ā Ā Ā
Stable employment history.Ā
Pass a background check, including drug test.Ā
Valid Driverās License.Ā
7 - 10+ years of supervising Electrical Commercial Construction.Ā
15+ years of Electrical Commercial Construction field experience.Ā
Active journeyman or master electrical license preferred.Ā
Ā
Physical RequirementsĀ Ā
Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.Ā
Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.Ā
Some travel possible.Ā
