We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk environment. This role is vital in managing daily front office operations including greeting guests, handling inquiries, and performing administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a front desk representative or in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
