Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Operate multi-line phone system and relay calls and messages in a timely manner
- Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly, professional and positive demeanor
- Maintain office calendars and track team member birthdays and anniversaries
- Direct the flow of outgoing and incoming mail, faxes, deliveries, and certified mail
- Ensure all office supplies are in stock
- Ensure all public spaces including meeting rooms, reception, bathrooms, and break areas are tidy and free of debris
- Prepare meeting rooms, meeting documents and arrange refreshments as needed
- Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, or note taking as needed
- Meet with clients for notary purposes
- Coordinate with finance team and clients to ensure proper execution of checks and releases
- Other clerical duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two (2) years of customer service or reception experience, preferably in a law firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willingness to help others
- Professional work ethic
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
The is a full-time hourly position starting at $17.00 depending on experience.
