Job DetailsLevel: EntryJob Location: Charlotte - Charlotte, NC 28216Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High School DiplomaTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Admin - ClericalThe Production department of AFDC's Builder Division is responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all assigned builder accounts, including home construction contractors and their field supervisors as appropriate to ensure that all work is entered accurately and on time for delivery of quality products and service to all of our customers.  The Administrative Assistant supports the Account Representatives in the department by accessing customers' portals and schedules so that the department can efficiently complete all tasks at hand. RESPONSIBILITIES: Access and organize online builder portals as necessary per customer requirements Manage schedule changes and follow up with respect to material and installer status Heavy internal and external communication via email and phone calls Other duties as assigned BENEFITS: Bi-weekly payroll via direct deposit Eligible to participate in group health, dental & vision insurance plans after 60 days full-time employment Supplemental life, accident, cancer and short-term disability insurance available after 60 days full-time employment Retirement Plans: Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(K) with match Paid Time Off (PTO) from first day of employment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Strong organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to work at a rapid pace with high accuracy
