Responsibilities

As a long-term care pharmacy, our teams support senior living communities rather than high-traffic retail pharmacies so you can focus on quality, accuracy, and patient care without the pressure of being customer-facing.

Qualifications

Provides administrative support to the Executive Leadership staff and the Ancillary Services Departments

  • Processes invoices for payment after they have been approved.
  • Enters and transfers data and information into risk management systems.
  • Assists with issuance of certificates of insurance and proof of insurance.
  • Assists in the production of reports and presentation material.
  • Assists with the insurance renewal process as needed.
  • Assists with state license renewals and updates.
  • Assists with Medicare/Medicaid revalidation and updates.
  • Assists with collecting renewed licenses and certificates from campuses.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Arranges meetings, location, rooms, and the preparation of printed materials
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Education: High School / GED

3-5 years of experience

 

Travel:  Yes: Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
