Job DetailsJob Location: Charlotte, NC 28217Position Type: Full Time   GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB At Stancil Services, we take pride in building lasting relationships and exceptional spaces across the Carolinas. The Assistant Superintendent supports project delivery through daily jobsite coordination, crew support, and execution oversight. This role works directly with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and production standards while ensuring jobsites are organized and efficient. This position is ideal for individuals looking to grow into a Superintendent role.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  Assist in coordinating daily jobsite activities and workflow  Support production flow and ensure crews are aligned with scope and schedule  Communicate with subcontractors and reinforce expectations  Monitor quality and report deficiencies  Support jobsite cleanliness and organization  Reinforce safety expectations and report hazards  Assist with daily reports, photos, and documentation  Support Superintendents and Field Executives in execution  Help coordinate labor, materials, and job readiness QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING  1–3 years construction or field experience preferred  Basic knowledge of paint and drywall trades  Multi-family experience a plus  Willingness to learn and develop  Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred  OSHA certification preferred  Valid driver’s license required   STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE  Demonstrate professionalism and accountability  Maintain attention to detail and follow-through  Support team goals and communication  Take initiative to learn and improve  Uphold Stancil core values   WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS Work is performed in active construction environments with physical demands including walking, lifting, and site inspections.
