Job Overview:

The Associate Analyst position in Client Compensation plays a role in support of several key areas across the Client Compensation team. The level of support across these areas will vary based on business need and as such she/he must be self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. The associate analyst is responsible for research, investigation, and analysis to proactively and reactively support our advisors receiving accurate compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Sort and model data, support process analysis/redesign and assist in project work.
  • Communicate with others and balance workload in a dynamic environment to ensure tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Perform complex data analysis, reconciliations and design/develop ad-hoc reports
  • Interact with internal and external partners to ensure data accurately reflects reporting needs
  • SME Data support to external organizations

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of operational experience in a financial services environment

Core Competencies:

  • High energy self-starter; must be able to take the initiative with minimal guidance and be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with ability to multi-task and manage multiple on-going assignments
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillset for with high attention to detail

Preferences:

  • Experience working on commissions for advisors
  • Experience solving complex issues and working with 3rd party clients in a timely manner
  • Experience with Oracle/ComRidge experience
  • Varicent experience 
  • Reporting experience using MS Excel
  • MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Dynamics experience


 

Pay Range:

$20.85-$34.71/hour


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
