Associate Dentist (1–2 Years Experience)

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist with 1–2 years of clinical experience who is looking to continue developing their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Full-Time 
  • Experience Required: 1–2 years preferred 
  • Compensation: Competitive salary or production-based compensation (based on experience) 
Responsibilities

  •  Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, diagnoses, restorative treatment, and preventative services 
  •  Educate patients on oral health and treatment options 
  •  Develop and maintain strong patient relationships 
  •  Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment plans 
  •  Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient care 
  •  Follow all OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols 
Qualifications

  •  DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school 
  •  Active NC state dental license in good standing 
  •  1–2 years of clinical experience preferred 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Commitment to high-quality patient care 
  •  Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
