We’re Napa—your friendly neighborhood restaurant with a big love for wine and seriously good food. Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas.

Our vibe? Good food, great wine, and no fuss. We’re not a late-night restaurant, so you won’t always be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking.

What You’ll Do

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, custom creations, and an extensive wine list
• Provide exceptional hospitality and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
• Educate guests on wine and beverage offerings, making recommendations with confidence
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and ensure all equipment and supplies are in top condition
• Collaborate with the team to develop new drink recipes and seasonal cocktail menus

• A passion for wine and cocktails with strong product knowledge
• Previous bartending experience in an upscale or full-service restaurant
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Bartender Job Requirements:

• Experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of preparing and mixing beverages
• A bartending certificate is a plus
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Professional and positive disposition
• Ability to keep the bar clean, stocked and well-organized
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
