Base Salary: $80,000–$88,000Â
Retention Bonus: $5,000

What You’ll Do:Â
- Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirementsÂ
- Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomesÂ
- Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectationsÂ
- Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirementsÂ
- Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client successÂ
- Required Qualifications:Â
- Current BCBA certificationÂ
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldÂ
- Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populationsÂ
- Current CPR & First Aid certification
- Preferred Qualifications:Â Â
- Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teamsÂ
- Strong collaboration, mentorship, and coaching skillsÂ
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation platformsÂ
- Behavior Analyst Licensure "LBA"Â (per state requirements)Â
Customized Transition Support:Â
We understand that transitioning into a new BCBA role can involve financial, logistical, and career-planning considerations. Depending on experience, location, and organizational need, individualized employment packages may include relocation support, sign-on or retention incentives, assistance navigating previous employment-related financial obligations, and contingent offers for future BCBAs preparing to sit for their certification exam.Â
