Performs direct client services and compiles with related documentation and implements the TIP Model with housing clients. Work involves providing supportive services to promote participants self-sufficiency, integration into the community, and permanency in housing, performing administrative tasks involved in the review and maintenance of a caseload of program participants. The principal duties are performed both in a general office environment and in the field and community where program participants reside.   A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates.QualificationsEducation and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field required.  2 years’ experience in human service field, working with transition age youth is preferred. Valid NC Driver's License
