See more about our PA offices at: Wellwithtlc.com TLC Wellness is seeking a licensed behavioral health leader to help establish our first outpatient location in the Charlotte area. This role combines excellent clinical care with leadership, relationship-building, and operational development. Working alongside executive leadership, you'll help launch the practice, build community partnerships, support clinicians, and create the systems tThat will serve as the foundation for future growth. Position Summary The Clinical Manager will provide outpatient therapy while overseeing the successful launch and day-to-day development of the Concord office. This individual will serve as the local clinical leader, supporting staff, developing referral relationships, implementing operational systems, and helping establish TLC Wellness as a trusted behavioral health provider in the region. Responsibilities Maintain an outpatient caseload. Expectations of number of clients seen may fluctuate with growth of the practice. Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians as the office grows. Foster a collaborative, evidence-based clinical culture. Office Development Lead the startup and day-to-day operations of the Concord (Charlotte) location. Develop and refine office workflows and systems. Monitor operational needs and communicate recommendations to executive leadership. Ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient client experience. Community Growth Develop relationships with physicians, schools, community organizations, and referral partners. Support local marketing initiatives and networking efforts. Represent TLC Wellness at community events and professional meetings. Identify opportunities for new services and community partnerships. Team Development Assist with recruitment and onboarding of clinicians. Support staff development and clinical excellence. Help establish a positive, mission-driven culture. Qualifications Required Master's degree in a behavioral health field. Active North Carolina license (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent). Previous outpatient clinical experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Experience building community partnerships. Passion for developing programs and leading organizational growth.
