We are seeking a skilled Commercial Electrical Mechanic to support our growing commercial division. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who takes pride in hands-on work, values safety and quality, and contributes to successful project execution on commercial job sites. Competitive pay based on experience and performance Paid time off and paid holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Tool and boot programs A supportive, family-oriented culture built on respect and integrity QualificationsWhat makes you stand out? 3+ years of commercial electrical experience Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, NEC codes, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial electrical systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience preferred Consistently demonstrates Roby Services’ core values of Family, Can-Do Attitude, and Integrity Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Electrical Installation & Maintenance Install, maintain, and repair commercial electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, panels, and devices Perform work in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and electrical codes Test electrical systems and components to ensure safe and proper operation Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose electrical issues and perform effective repairs in a timely manner Identify potential problems and recommend solutions to supervisors or foremen Quality & Compliance Ensure all work meets local, state, and national electrical codes Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and job site cleanliness Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Team Collaboration Work closely with foremen, project managers, and other team members to meet project deadlines Coordinate with other trades to support efficient job site operations Tools, Equipment & Materials Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and company-provided materials Report material needs, damaged tools, or safety concerns promptly Customer Service & Representation Represent Roby Services professionally on all job sites Interact respectfully with clients, inspectors, and trade partners Uphold Roby’s reputation for quality, reliability, and integrity Why Roby Services?
