Position Summary The Construction Project Manager IV drives high-value design and construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll manage scope, budget, and schedule while serving as the on-site leader ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery. What You’ll Do Lead large-scale construction and renovation projects end-to-end Develop project plans, milestones, and schedules Oversee field activities and resolve complex issues Review designs, submittals, and project costs Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and quality standards Coordinate with A/E firms, contractors, and stakeholders Facilitate meetings and maintain strong communication Track progress and deliver projects on time and within budget   QualificationsWhat You Bring Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of construction, building systems, and codes Expertise in scheduling, cost estimating, and project planning Ability to lead teams and manage multiple high-value projects Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Experience with project management and estimating tools Why MIRACORP?
