The Role: Construction Services Lead The Construction Services Lead plays a critical role in generating new business, expanding client relationships, and driving market growth. This position is both client-facing and team-integrated, working closely with internal teams (design, project management) and external partners (architects, contractors, developers, and end-users). This role requires a balance of strategic business development, relationship management, and project oversight to ensure successful execution and repeat business. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Engagement Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Carolinas Build and nurture relationships with clients, architects, general contractors, and developers Educate the marketplace on the value and capabilities of DIRTT and AWC Construction Services Conduct client presentations, showroom tours, and site visits Team Collaboration & Internal Support Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (designers, project managers) Collaborate to develop scopes, timelines, and pricing proposals Support team members to ensure timely deliverables and resource coordination Project Oversight Partner with project managers during execution to address change orders, resolve issues, and ensure successful installation Participate in punch walks and post-project follow-up to encourage repeat business Market Strategy & Leadership Collaborate with DIRTT to create and execute market development plans Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting Stay informed on trends and innovation within the construction and prefab industries QualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred Minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience in construction or a related industry Highly organized, able to manage multiple complex projects Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong work ethic Willingness to travel within the North Carolina and South Carolina markets; occasional evening/weekend work may be required Preferred Experience Familiarity with manufactured or prefabricated interior construction solutions Knowledge of commercial real estate, design, or project management Comfort using CRM tools and construction technology platforms
