AO Globe Life is hiring Benefits Consultants for a fully remote role focused on guiding clients through supplemental benefit options via virtual consultations. Client appointments are requested in advance—there is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required.

Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Present and clearly explain available supplemental benefit options

• Assist clients through the enrollment process and provide post-enrollment support

• Maintain accurate and detailed digital records

• Participate in weekly training sessions and team development calls

Ideal Background

• Customer service, consultative sales, or client-facing experience preferred (not required)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset

• Comfortable using Zoom, CRM systems, and digital tools
