Janitorial Event Specialist

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Location: E WT Harris Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28215

  Schedule: Wed–Fri (12:00 PM – 8:30 PM), Sat (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Sun (11:00 AM – 7:30 PM). Mon/Tue OFF.

 Requirements: 1 Year Experience; Lift 35 lbs repetitively; Background Check & Drug Screening

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities:

 As our Janitorial Event Specialist, you are the key to making every gathering a success! Your role as a Day Porter and Custodian ensures the facility is always ready for visitors.

• Event Pro: Spend 70% of your time managing event setups and breakdowns, moving equipment and furniture daily.

• Make It Shine: Perform janitorial duties including pulling trash, dusting, restroom cleaning, and vacuuming.

• Stay Stocked: Ensure all restrooms and supply areas are fully stocked and organized.

• Time Management: Balance daily cleaning tasks with event deadlines to keep the site presentable.

What You Bring To The Team:

• Experience: At least 1 year of custodial, floor tech, or event setup experience.

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs repetitively and stay active on your feet.

• Reliability: Dependable transportation and a commitment to your weekend schedule.

• Efficiency: The ability to manage your time wisely to finish setups and daily tasks.
