We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and service-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR I) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate their service needs with professionalism and empathy. From answering calls and scheduling appointments to supporting membership programs and customer onboarding, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every Roby Services customer. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone Ability to multi-task and manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat) Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-through Proficiency in CRM systems and customer management tools A proactive, team-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others Knowledge of home services or HVAC, electrical, or plumbing industries preferred but not required Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Customer Communication Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring each customer receives professional and courteous assistance Classify and route calls to the correct department when necessary Make outbound calls to return messages, schedule appointments, and follow up with customers Clearly explain next steps, service expectations, and available options to every client Scheduling & Coordination Schedule service appointments efficiently using company portals and CRM tools Start the onboarding process for new billable customers, including sending onboarding packets and explaining service terms Coordinate with field technicians to schedule additional visits or follow-up appointments as needed Membership & Customer Retention Manage membership programs, including outbound calls for card expirations, renewals, and payment collections Promote and sell service memberships to enhance customer value and loyalty Keep accurate records of membership activity, renewal dates, and customer preferences Administrative & Team Support Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system Support other departments with communication or scheduling needs Assist with special projects or additional tasks as assigned by leadership Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Advanced customer service experience in a call center or office environment Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and office software Knowledge of local service areas and basic geographical understanding a plus Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail Why Roby Services?
