Job Overview

The role’s primary duty is advanced analytical and professional work requiring discretion and judgment. The Data Lead independently evaluates complex scenarios, leads resolution efforts, and serves as an escalation point for high impact data decisions. The role is not defined by routine or repetitive execution.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Advanced analysis, solution design, and decision making
  • Initiative leadership and complex issue resolution
  • Stakeholder advisory and influence activities
  • Standards interpretation, documentation, and improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Deep functional expertise in data governance, design, enablement, or operations
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and lead complex work
  • Analytical problem solving and systems thinking • Decision making under ambiguity
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Two years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
  • One to up to three years' of relevant work experience
