As a Janitor specializing in exterior care, you are the first impression of our building! Your work as a Groundskeeper and Cleaner keeps our outdoor spaces and indoor facilities welcoming for everyone.

• Outdoor Excellence: Maintain the cleanliness of exterior areas, including the parking garage and courtyard.

• Courtyard Care: Manage outdoor amenities by placing and storing courtyard pillow cushions daily.

• Keep It Fresh: Handle trash removal, dusting, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning to ensure all areas remain presentable.

• Stay Organized: Restock restroom supplies and organize janitorial materials so the team stays efficient.

• Active Mindset: Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions while lifting up to 35 lbs.

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and dependable transportation to the S College St site in Charlotte.
