Job Description

As a Digital Insights Analyst, you’ll turn complex, high‑volume data into clear, actionable insights that shape decisions across the company. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and storytelling—partnering with stakeholders to answer critical questions, influence outcomes, and measure what works.

You’ll work on large‑scale analytics initiatives, integrating data from multiple sources, applying statistical techniques, and translating findings into recommendations leaders can act on with confidence. Your work won’t stop at insight delivery—you’ll help monitor outcomes, refine approaches, and ensure recommendations continue to drive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to large‑scale analytics initiatives, gathering and integrating data from multiple sources to support business decision‑making
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that answer business questions and inform recommendations
• Apply statistical techniques and analytical tools to interpret results and validate findings
• Translate analytical outcomes into clear, concise narratives and visualizations that enable data‑driven decisions
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide a holistic view of analysis and align insights to business priorities
• Measure and monitor the results of implemented recommendations, adjusting approaches as needed based on performance
• Ensure data acquisition, sharing, and applied recommendations comply with company standards and governance expectations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, and/or predictive modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex, high‑volume datasets
• Proficiency with Python, PySpark, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Understanding of database architecture, BI tools, and data structures
• Experience in financial services, including products, customers, and transaction or interaction data
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information to business audiences
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative, cross‑functional environments
• High attention to detail with comfort navigating data ambiguity
• Ability to promote agile ways of working
• Demonstrated ability to influence change across a complex organization
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering) or equivalent experience

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $92,820.00 - $109,200.00
