Summary/objective
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-driven digital marketing campaigns across prospect-focused business units. This role is singularly focused on new business - creating awareness, generating qualified inbound leads, and accelerating pipeline and bookings. The manager will partner closely with Demand Generation, Inbound Sales, Product Marketing and Content teams to convert prospects into qualified opportunities and new business for isolved.

Core Job Duties
- Plan, build and execute multi-channel digital demand generation campaigns aimed exclusively at new business acquisition, with success measured by qualified opportunity conversions, pipeline influenced, and bookings tied to campaigns.
- Partner day-to-day with Demand Gen teams and Inbound Sales in prospect-focused BUs to align campaign strategy, targeting, segmentation, media mix, creative, and paid channels to revenue goals.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to develop offers, assets, and programs that move prospects through the funnel and create qualified sales opportunities.
- Design and run lead nurturing and lifecycle programs that strategically advance prospects toward sales-qualified status.
- Conduct detailed analysis of campaign performance (segmentation, creative performance, channel ROI, funnel conversion rates) and translate results into optimizations and next-best actions tied to revenue outcomes.
- Produce and distribute comprehensive, actionable reporting on lead quality, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline attribution, and bookings influenced by prospect-focused campaigns.
- Apply industry and GTM trends, emerging technologies, and competitive insights to continuously improve acquisition tactics and revenue impact.
