Director IT – Divestitures & Separations

This role requires a strategic leader with deep M&A and divestiture experience, strong financial and business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through highly complex and time-sensitive transactions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in protecting business continuity, enabling value creation, and delivering successful separation outcomes while partnering closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, HR, business leadership, and external transaction partners.

This position provides an opportunity to expand into broader leadership responsibilities across Honeywell's Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Separations (MADS) organization.

This role will sit in either our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA office o a hybrid schedule.
