Our team is made up of highly skilled professionals committed to driving the future of OHT solutions.   About the Role The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations of the organization. This role ensures the integrity of financial reporting, strengthens internal controls, supports strategic decision-making, and leads key finance functions including accounting, treasury, and accounts receivable. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong analytical capabilities and experience in a global manufacturing environment.   Position Responsibilities Lead and manage all accounting activities, including supervision and development of finance staff Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting Prepare and deliver financial statements and management reports to support executive decision-making Partner with senior leadership on commercial, Pricing , Sales Scheme/incentive and operational matters; provide actionable financial insights Business Finance Partner Interface with external auditors, internal audit teams, banks, and tax advisors Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, as well as professional standards Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and enhance efficiency Develop, maintain, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics Lead and support the annual budgeting and forecasting process Monitor financial performance against budget; analyze variances and drive corrective actions Oversee inventory valuation and conduct root cause analysis on significant fluctuations Participate in and oversee annual physical inventory processes Establish, enforce, and monitor financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable, including: Mitigating risk of unsecured receivables Defining and regularly reviewing customer credit limits Lead treasury functions, including cash flow management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning Key Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen Leadership and team development Attention to detail and accuracy Process improvement mindset Risk management and compliance awareness   Qualifications & Requirements Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience Prior experience in a global and/or manufacturing environment preferred Strong knowledge of internal controls and experience with SOX compliance Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment   Compensation & Benefits The base salary for this position will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. The total compensation package also includes eligibility for annual variable compensation.
