Compensation: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour. Task base compensation available based on experience.

Position Summary

The Experienced HVAC Installer is responsible for installing residential HVAC systems according to company and manufacturer standards while ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

Core Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and system performance
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Complete installation documentation
• Follow safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and check own work for quality

Compensation & Benefits

• $22 – $26 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and qualifications
