Position Overview

We are hiring experienced, full-cycle Field Sales Representatives to generate, manage, and close roofing and restoration projects.

This is a door-to-door and in-home sales role where you will take ownership of the entire sales process—from initial contact to signed contract.

You will:

• Canvass neighborhoods
• Perform inspections
• Work insurance and retail opportunities
• Close deals

This role is ideal for individuals who:

• Have experience in roofing, storm restoration, or exterior sales

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Canvassing

• Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods
• Identify homeowners with potential roofing or storm damage needs
• Generate and self-source opportunities

Inspections & Consultations

• Conduct roof and exterior inspections
• Educate homeowners on:
  • Damage and repair/replacement needs
  • Insurance claim processes (when applicable)
  • Available solutions and options

Sales & Closing

• Present proposals and project scope
• Guide homeowners through decisions
• Handle objections and close deals confidently

Project & Pipeline Management

• Manage deals from first contact → inspection → close
• Coordinate with internal teams as projects move forward
• Maintain follow-ups and consistent deal flow

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in roofing, restoration, or in-home sales (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to run full-cycle deals and close
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and in neighborhoods
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven

Compensation & Earnings

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)
• High-ticket projects = strong per-deal commissions
• Uncapped earning potential
