We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of office construction, tenant improvement (TI), and relocation projects across our U.S. portfolio. While also supporting projects that align with the advancement of the Facilities team.Ā

This role will partner closely with Director of Workplace Services, Facilities Managers, and Infrastructure Managers along with external project teams to manage the full lifecycle of office buildouts, from design coordination through construction delivery and occupancy. The Project Manager will focus on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with firm standards.Ā

Essential Functions

Ā 

  • Leads, manages, and supports strategic Facilities Projects focusing on office buildouts, tenant improvements, and renovations for the firmĀ leveragingĀ a ā€œwhite gloveā€ approachĀ 
  • Coordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure successful project delivery from design through construction and occupancyĀ 
  • Review and track construction drawings, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectivesĀ 
  • Support RFP processes, bid evaluations, and vendor selection for construction and related servicesĀ 
  • Monitor construction progress,Ā identifyĀ risks, and proactively resolve issues toĀ maintainĀ schedule and budget adherenceĀ 
  • Conduct site visits, punch walks, and final inspections to ensure quality and completion standards are metĀ 
  • AssistĀ in managing change orders, cost tracking, and project forecastingĀ 
  • Build andĀ maintainĀ strong internal relationships with key stakeholders across the organization (e.g., Management, Human Resources, Finance, Risk & Vendor Management, Legal, Technology, etc.)Ā 
  • Leverage a business development approach to help draft and inform strategic plans that optimize operations across our core functionsĀ 
  • Clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, goals and expectations with team members and stakeholdersĀ 
  • Facilitate communication among project participants toĀ expediteĀ project process and resolve issues and problemsĀ 
  • Prepare presentation items for meetings and share meeting notes.Ā 
  • Document and promptly follow-up on any important decisions or action items made during meetings, then follow-up with any necessary parties who are assigned responsibilities to driveĀ the project forwardĀ Ā 
  • Maintain confidentiality, work in aĀ fast-pacedĀ environment, make informed decisions, and work independently and efficiently with accuracy in high pressure situationsĀ

Education and QualificationsĀ

  • Bachelor’s degree preferredĀ 
  • 5+ years of construction-related project management preferredĀ 
  • Direct experience with WaterfallĀ methodologyĀ

  • Handle confidential information with diplomacy and discretionĀ 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload, and multitask to meet deadlinesĀ 
  • A self-starter with a high degree of energy and careful attention to detailĀ 
  • Strong senseĀ of initiative and a process-improvement mindsetĀ 
  • Tech-savvy and excellent computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams),Ā  SharePoint, Adobe, Zoom, ChatGPT, Claude, and other project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com,Ā ProCore, etc.Ā 
  • Ability to develop presentations that convey critical information, contextualize decision points and drive alignmentĀ 
  • Understand scheduling techniques, estimating, change management, riskĀ managementĀ and progress reporting methodsĀ 
  • This role requires project-dependent travel, estimated atĀ approximately 20-40% annually. Travel may vary based on projectĀ phase, meetings, and business priorities. Travel may include same-day and overnight domestic travel, with occasional international travel as needed.Ā
