Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant - Risk and Controlsto support all implementation needs within Fraud & Claims Management Business Assurance Quality Controls that span Claims and Detection Operations. In this role, you will:
- Executes and implements changes needed for Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Program. This includes, but is not limited to, partnering with subject matter experts to make recommendations on internal survey questions, assisting Program resources with documenting desktop procedures, and developing business training or communications. Essentially, executing components of the lifecycle of a new control from inception to implementation.
- With guidance from senior management, sources answers to moderate complexity audit and testing questions for controls owned in the U.S. (i.e., providing screenshots, transactional research, sources desktop procedure answers, etc.).
- Reviews business changes to identify QC control inventory impacts.
- Identifies and may implement process improvements that support the QC control and process environment.
- Uses reporting and source material to develop presentations and other business documents to communicate key business announcements or changes.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of process improvement and implementation experience

- Risk and control experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Experience leading implementation efforts
- Process improvement experience (i.e., Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
- Fraud & Claims Management or FCM Business Assurance experience
- Experience leading cross-business initiatives
- Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience
- Generative Artificial Intelligence (I.e., Co-Pilot, ChatGPT experience, etc.)
