- Pay Range: $20.08-26.94 per hour, based on experience and education. Â

What You'll Do: Â
- Complete Cortica’s orientation and BCAT training.Â
- Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences.Â
- Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.Â
- Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.Â
- Document session data to track and support treatment goals.Â
- Collaborate closely with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.Â
- Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.Â
What We’re Looking For: Â
- Experience working with children (experience with autism is a plus!).Â
- Masters, bachelor’s degree, high school or equivalent Â
- Willingness to obtain your BCAT credential within 90 days (we’ll help!).Â
- Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.Â
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (within a 30-40 minute drive radius).Â
- Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.Â
