Kinema Fitness is a full-service, fitness center management company that specializes in premier, Class A office buildings, with a passion for creating incredible experiences, holistic wellness programs, leveraging state of the art technology, and driving results through performance.
We are seeking a Full-TimeĀ General Manager who has a strong background in fitness and customer service to oversee a corporate/residential fitness center in Charlotte, NC. We expect this person to be able to multi-task, wear many different hats and represent Kinema at the highest levels.
Must be comfortable planning and executing large-scale wellness events and managing a budget, as this is an important part of the role.Ā
Responsibilities will include:
- Payroll reporting
- Revenue management and budgeting
- Hiring and training of new employees
- Vendor management
- Program development and outreach
- Personal training
- Oversee our marketing initiatives
- Liaison between Kinema and our client
- Oversee the entire operations of the club - day to day, member engagement
- Personal training certification (required)
- Fitness management experience
- CPR/AED certificationĀ
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 6 AM - 2 PMĀ
- Tuesday/Thursday - 11 AM - 7 PM
